Technical Inside Sales Representative (Enterprise)

Your role will involve delivering technical solutions that address customers’ varying needs, either working independently or with a subject matter expert on more complex solutions. You will:
Provides product or BU specific expertise and technical validation; promotes and positions key strategic product and service offerings.
May own account sets and/or be called into accounts as opportunities are identified.
Acts as a technical resource to support the sales organization to meet and/or exceed their objectives.
Identifies customer needs/ requirements, and recommends the appropriate products and solutions.
Remains up-to-date on new product, technology, and services offerings; assists the on-going education of the broader team.
Stays current on industry and vertical solutions.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
Experience working in a sales environment
Some/solid/extensive/substantial experience in a technical role that shows knowledge of multi-platform hardware and software solutions
Strong analytical, decision-making and organisational skills
Language skills: English and Swiss German (native) Fluent in speaking and writing. (French advantage)
